Rabbit Start collaborated with Bitkub to develop and manage a youth volunteer program for Bitkub Summit, giving young people an opportunity to gain real event-working experience.

A major event required a structured youth volunteer team that could support real operations while receiving a meaningful learning experience.
Our Approach
Rabbit Start designed the volunteer journey from recruitment and screening to orientation, role assignment, team briefing, on-ground coordination, and experience support.
